1. Candidateโs Name & Parentโs Name (Spelling Match Test)

- Motherโs Name

Ensure the spellings exactly match your Government ID (Aadhaar / PAN / Voter ID).

5. Photograph & Signature Clarity (Extremely Important)

- Signature: Below the photograph

- Is the signature visible and not distorted?
