The CBSE Board will release the CTET Feb 2026 Official Answer Keys of all the Question Paper Sets and Scanned OMR Sheets of all the Candidates soon on its official website. As per the Information Bulletin of CTET February 2026, the Board will release a separate notice for display of Official Answer Key PDF and Scanned OMR Sheets. Based on the above historical data of the last few CTET sessions, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) typically releases the provisional answer key 15 to 20 days after the exam for offline (OMR-based) sessions. So, the expected release date is this week (Feb 24 – Feb 28, 2026).

Official Answer Key Challenge Process

In case, you feel that the answer key of a particular question is not given correctly in the provisional answer key released by the board, you can challenge the answer key by paying fee of Rs.1000/- per question. The link to file answer key challenge will be given in the public notice. Remember, that the fee paid (i.e., Rs. 1000/-) is non-refundable. However, if your challenge is accepted by the subject experts, the board will refund the amount to your bank account after declaring the final result.

It is also to be noted that the CBSE Board will not release "Final Answer Key" separately. Instead, they will directly declare the final result.

How to Download CBSE Feb 2026 Official Answer Key PDF

Here are simple steps that you need to follow for viewing your Answer Key:

1. Go to https://ctet.nic.in/
2. Look for "PUBLIC NOTICE: DISPLAY OF SCANNED COPY OF OMR ANSWER SHEET/ANSWER KEY" in the top "Latest News" tab.
3. Click on that link.
4. Enter your Application Number, Password, and captcha visible on the screen and click 'submit'
5. You will then see the answer key pdf links and scanned OMR sheet download links.
6. You will see two separate links:
   • Link 1 (OMR Sheet): This downloads the scanned image of the actual OMR sheet you filled out in the exam hall.
   • Link 2 (Answer Key): This opens the official correct answers for your specific Paper Code (e.g., Set I, J, K, L).
7. Click on the links to download the answer key PDF.
8. You need to manually compare your downloaded OMR image answers against the official key PDF.

How to Get Your Filled OMR Sheet

You can get the xerox copy of your OMR Sheet, that you filled in the exam hall, after declaration of result. For getting your OMR Sheet delivered to your home address, you need to pay Rs.500/- by way of Demand Draft per OMR Sheet and fill an application form for it. The detailed process will be outlined in the "CBSE Result Notice" which will be declared soon.

"After declaration of result, the candidates may seek photocopy of their OMR answer sheet of CTET along with calculation sheet by paying fee of Rs.500/- per OMR, by way of Demand Draft in favour of Secretary, Central Board of Secondary Education drawn on any Nationalized Bank and payable at Delhi." reads the Information Bulletin of CTET Feb 2026 Exam.
